Information we collect
When you complete an enquiry, application, audit or waitlist form, we may collect your name, work email, organisation, role, location, sector and the information you choose to share about your needs.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to enquiries, assess fit, deliver requested resources, improve our services and send updates you have asked to receive. We do not sell personal information.
Website forms and service providers
Our website forms use Google Workspace services to deliver enquiries and store responses. AppSheet may be used as an internal view of the response data. Links to YouTube, Substack and other external sites are governed by their own privacy notices.
Retention and access
We keep information only as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, our working relationship or applicable record-keeping obligations. You may ask to access, correct or delete your information.
