Built from a problem I kept solving for myself.
For more than 12 years, founder Stella Njogo has worked across strategic communications, brand, digital behaviour and influence.
At Shujaaz Inc and later at Tiko, she kept building personal systems to hold research, evidence, audience insight, organisational context, messaging and communication workflows. Those systems helped her work better, but they revealed a bigger problem.
If the system only lives with one person, it is not an organisational system.
Strategy Shepherds grew from the belief that the personal systems good knowledge workers build for themselves can become shared team systems, and that AI gives organisations a powerful new way to make that possible.
Stella also brings practical training experience as Lead Trainer for Digify Africa in Kenya, alongside work translating research and complex programmes into communication that can influence funders, partners and public agendas.
